Farmers National Company will preform a physical inspection of the property being appraised. Any information about grain bin capacity, subsurface tiling, recent improvements, etc. is data used to help determine value.

The appraiser will like to inspect the interior and exterior of each building, taking notes, measurements and photographs.

All our appraisers have taken extensive state required training, continuing education classes, testing, and are also members of organizations like the American Society Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. Many of our appraisers have taken additional classes to obtain special designations as appraisers. But what makes most of our appraisers uniquely qualified as agricultural appraisers is that we are farmers ourselves.
